I have a group project in american company it is called ( Bass Pro Shops ) . our project trying to take this company to (South Africa country). my part is : 

Propose a new organizational structure and control systems to facilitate the suggested international strategy. You can also assess potential challengesassociated with the company’s current structure and propose an alternative structure. Use the following dimensions to explain and evaluate the effectiveness of your proposed structure – number of organizational levels, information flow channels (short vs. long), formalization (confining rules vs adequate), flexibility (adaptation to changes in the environment), personnel (process of hiring or how employees are selected ethnocentric vs. polycentric), accountability (authority matches responsibility, discrepancies between power and accountability), characterization of degree of centralization vs decentralization (who is responsible for decision), cultural differences and avoiding problems with information flow
