Integrate into your explanation any limitations (weaknesses) in your understanding that you think are relevant. In addition, discuss how factors of gender, culture, ethnicity, and age can impact happiness, motivation, or psychological well-being. Describe how an understanding of personality theory can be applied in a professional setting to improve an individual’s happiness, motivation, or psychological well-being. Include a minimum of two scholarly references to support your argument.
Include citations as appropriate, using current APA formatting. Refer to the Positive Psychology Rubric to use as a guide for your paper and to learn how it will be graded.
